Purpose: to disseminate newsletters, manage and disseminate activities, courses, conferences and seminars, institutional events, exhibitions and film shows organized by Casa Asia.
Legitimation: consent of the person concerned.
Recipients: the data will not be communicated to third parties.
Rights of interested persons: you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition to treatment and limitation request, by writing to Casa Asia by postal mail (Consorcio Casa Asia, Capella dels Infants Orfes, c/ Elisabets, 24 08001 Barcelona) Or through the electronic address [email protected]. The request must clearly indicate the right or rights that you want to exercise.

Registration Process:

It is mandatory to fill in the fields of the registration form in which personal data is requested in order to correctly complete the registration process for the chosen activity.
It is reported that the personal data collected by Casa Asia through this form will in no case be disclosed to third parties. They will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
Registration will only be validly formalised once the full amount of the activity has been paid. Payment can be made:

• Online by credit card.
• Or by bank transfer to the account in the name of Casa Asia at Banco Sabadell ES62 0081 0556 7600 0106 3309, indicating the name and surname of the registered person.

In this case, it will be essential to attach the payment receipt when registering online, in order for the registration to be considered and the place for the activity to be reserved.
Some classroom activities have a supplement for material that must be paid in cash to the teacher on the first day of class. The groups of activities will be completed in order of receipt of the registration forms, along with confirmation of payment.
Between 48 and 24 hours before the beginning of the activity, Casa Asia will contact those interested by email to confirm the formation of the group, as well as to communicate any other type of information that may be of interest to them in relation to the registered activity, or about any alteration that may occur in the activity scheduling, or about the cancellation of the activity due to lack of registered people.

Discounts:

People who are in any of the following groups may benefit from a 10% discount on the registration fee, except for courses in Marugoto Japanese Language:

• Students under 30
• Unemployed people
• People with functional diversity

At the time of registration, the discounted option must be selected according to the group you belong to. Casa Asia, upon payment verification, will contact to request the documentation that proves that you can benefit from the discount.

Cancellation and Return Policy:

Casa Asia reserves the right to cancel the activity in the event if there is not a sufficient number of people registered or for other reasons of force majeure. In no case will the cancellation of an activity give rise to any compensation.
Once the registration is made, no refunds will be made for reasons beyond Casa Asia, even in the event that the activity has not yet started.
Casa Asia will only refund the registration fee in the following cases:

• If the activity is complete at the time of registration.
• If the activity is canceled.
• If there are causes of force majeure attributable to Casa Asia that make it impossible to carry out the activity.

Casa Asia will refund the registration fee within 30 days.
