Daniel Innerarity and Javier Solana compile a series of articles that approach the global and current risks the society faces by the effects of the 9/11 or 3/11 and the natural disasters of the last decade such as the earthquake of Haiti or the Tsunami in Japan. How can we be aware of the possible risks? How can we behave? How can we take into account what's unlikely? The publication would like to analyse and respond to these questions through the voice of more than 20 first level thinkers of the contemporary world.
