We will publish a capsule “#Quedateencasa, move your body with Bollywood!” every week by the dancer and choreographer Shreyashee Nag, founder and director of Nupura International Dance Center and Music.
The session series is aimed at all audiences, beginner or intermediate level. Each capsule includes greetings, warm-up, moves, choreography, and stretching. Put on comfortable clothes, prepare your screen, a bottle of water and jump! If you like, we will repeat the experience. For each session, you have a week to rehearse the movements and learn the steps! To be in shape it is convenient to repeat the exercises several times a week! Make it a routine!
