We celebrate International Women's Day with special recognition for Asian women and women from other parts of the world, current and past, who have stood out in different fields such as science, art, culture, social activism, sports , among others.
Many of these women have been ignored and made invisible by society, which does not recognize their efforts or their contribution to the economic, cultural and social development of their countries and the world in general. They are positive references for many women who suffer discrimination, lack of opportunities and struggle every day to raise their families in adverse situations and without the necessary support.
In tribute to all these women and all the women of the world, for two weeks, from our Learn programs. Networked Families – AFEX and Training Activities for Migrant Families (AFFM) in institutes, we will become aware of inequalities and gender discrimination through their biographies and the game Who is who? that we have created especially to know them.
