Purpose: disseminate newsletters, manage and disseminate activities, courses, conferences and seminars, institutional events, exhibitions and film samples organized by Casa Asia.

Rights of interested parties: you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition to processing and request for limitation, by writing to Casa Asia by postal mail (Consortium Casa Asia, Capella dels Infants Orfes, c/ Elisabets, 24 08001 Barcelona) or through the electronic address ppgad@pucrs.br. The request must clearly indicate the right or rights that you want to exercise.
Registration process:
It is mandatory to fill out the fields of the registration form in which personal data is requested in order to correctly complete the registration process for the chosen activity.
You are informed that the personal data collected by Casa Asia Under no circumstances will they be transferred to third parties through this form. They will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy policy.
Registration will only be validly formalized once payment of the full amount of the activity has been made. Payment can be made:
- Online by credit card.
- Or by bank transfer to the account in the name of Casa Asia at Banco Sabadell ES62 0081 0556 7600 0106 3309, indicating in the concept the name and surname of the registered person and the activity code.
In this case, it will be essential to attach proof of payment when registering online, so that the registration is considered and the place for the activity is reserved.
Some in-person activities may have a supplement for materials that, in some cases, would have to be paid in cash to the teacher on the first day of class.
Activity groups will be completed in order of receipt of registration forms, along with payment confirmation.
Between 48 and 24 hours before the start of the activity, Casa Asia will contact the interested parties by email to confirm the formation of the group, as well as to communicate any other type of information that is of interest in relation to the registered activity, or about any alteration that may occur in the programming of the activity, or about the cancellation of the activity due to lack of registered people.

Discounts:
People who are in any of the following groups may benefit from a 10% discount about the tuition fee, except for Japanese language courses Marugoto and some monographic workshops:
- Students under 30 years of age
- Unemployed people
- Retired people over 65 years of age
- People with functional diversity
- Groups of at least 5 people from the consortium administrations, member entities of the High Board of Trustees and other collaborating entities, associations and companies.
At the time of registration, the discounted option will be selected depending on the group to which you belong. Casa Asia, upon payment verification, will be contacted to request documentation proving that you can benefit from the discount.
Cancellation and return policy:
Casa Asia reserves the right to cancel the activity in the event that there is not a sufficient number of people registered or for other reasons of force majeure. In no case will the cancellation of an activity give rise to any compensation.
Once registration has been made, no refunds will be made, except in the following cases:
- If the activity is cancelled.
- If there are causes of force majeure attributable to Casa Asia that make it impossible to carry out the activity.
- If the registered person proves supervening force majeure causes.
Casa Asia will refund the registration fee within a maximum period of 30 days.
Intellectual property and industrial property
All the contents and materials of the courses, webinars and conferences that it programs Casa Asia are subject to the Intellectual Property Law. The user agrees to respect copyright and not to take any action that could violate them.
It is prohibited to reproduce, publish, distribute, share or disseminate any content. The user assumes full responsibility for the use they make of the contents and materials to which they have access, and undertakes not to make improper use and to take all necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access by third parties.
The user accepts that all industrial and intellectual property rights of the brands, trade names or those on the contents and/or any of the elements included on the website are the exclusive property of Casa Asia and/or third parties. Any use or exploitation of any of the rights will be subject to prior and express authorization for the appropriate purposes of Casa Asia, or the third party owner of the affected rights.
They are owned by Casa Asia the rights of reproduction, distribution and public communication of the website. All texts, designs, contents, structure, databases, logos, source codes and other elements of the website are protected by current legislation on the matter.
