India-Spain Seminar: "AI and Engineering Driving Responsible Innovation"
As artificial intelligence becomes a decisive force in modern engineering, organizations increasingly face the challenge of balancing innovation, scalability, and accountability. AI is not only transforming engineering processes—improving efficiency, quality, and speed—but is also shaping broader social, ethical, and regulatory landscapes. This event, organized by Casa Asia HCL Tech, in collaboration with the Consulate of India in Barcelona, Acció, Tech Barcelona, CaixaBank and the Spain India Council Foundation, is part of the Dual Year India–Spain 2026, which celebrates bilateral collaboration in technology and innovation.
The event will bring together industry leaders, policymakers, and technology experts to explore how AI can drive excellence in engineering and other fields, while remaining reliable, transparent, and socially responsible.
The event has the following objectives:
- Highlighting the importance of responsible AI in building trust and long-term value
- Exploring the role of public policy, regulation, and cross-sector collaboration within the technology alliance between India and Spain
- Sharing business perspectives on how to align innovation with social impact
- Analyzing how AI is redefining engineering excellence across different sectors
By integrating the objectives of the Dual Year India-Spain, this event positions AI not only as a technological enabler, but as a strategic force guided by responsibility, collaboration and purpose, ensuring that engineering excellence contributes positively to businesses, society and international technological leadership.
