India is the emergent economy that grows the most and its situation of opening and change, after two years of government of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has increased the business opportunities in a wide range of traditional and innovative sectors.
However, despite the attractive macroeconomic framework and opening process, expected benefits are not always achieved in European companies. This is due, in most cases, to the ignorance towards the legal framework and to commercial practices that affect trade and business procedures in India.
At this conference, we will have the chance to share a dynamic and participative session of our experience in India in a legal and business consultancy. We will count on lawyers and specialists that have worked in the country and know firs thand how to start up a business project in India. Likewise, we will explain how to organise a commercial mission in India and the importance of good legal and business advice for a successful landing in the country.
