Book Launch: “Ikigai. Los secretos de Japón para una vida larga y feliz"

Presentación del libro:

Owing to the publication of this book, Casa Asia organises a talk with the coauthor Francesc Miralles about the secrets for a long and happy life through the witness of Okinawa inhabitants, the longest living Japanese island in the world. The meaning of this word is “reason to live”, because everyone has an "ikigai" inside them.

The origin of this essay lays within the experience of Héctor García with Japanese culture (author of “Un Geek en Japón”), who has lived in Japan for 12 years and Francesc Miralles who also takes part writing the work. They both went on their adventure in Okinawa where they were lucky enough to interview its inhabitants and share their "ikigai".
