The A2 (1) conversation course based on the Marugoto method is intended for people who have studied and passed level A2-1 (by Marugoto, Minna no nihongo, among others) and want to review vocabulary and practice conversation. Students must have passed at least the Marugoto A2-1 level; and/or have levels A2-2 and A2-3 passed or in progress.

The overall objective of the course is to acquire somewhat more advanced knowledge of Japanese to function in more specific situations.

With a level A2 (1) you can communicate, in simple terms, many things, such as talking about yourself and your family, the seasons and the weather, the city where you live, how to meet someone, your Japanese studies, a delicious dish, what you do to lead a healthy life, among others.

For level A2 (1), as materials, we will mainly use Irodor, a textbook that can be download in PDF format from the Japan Foundation page.

Each session focuses on a specific topic. In the first part we will review the vocabulary and useful expressions related to the topic. In the second part, using a dialogue model, we will practice conversation in pairs and in groups.
