The Government of the City of Taipei has started up the project Artists-in-Residence (AIR Taipei) for foreign artists that would like to settle in Taiwan for a period of time. In that time, artists can create all kinds of works of art or cultural and creative activities presented as individual or group exhibitions or can exchange ideas with other local artists.

AIR Taipei offers two grants so international artists can develop and direct their artistic projects at Taipei Artist Village (TAV) and Treasure Hill Artist Village (THAV) in Taipei, Taiwan.

Grants

Grant 1: AIR Taipei International Artists-in-Residence (open to all nationalities except Republic of China / Taiwan).
Grant 2: Special project - Artists from sister cities of Taipei.
